About RJ (he/him)
In my 8+ years designing learning experiences, I have trained hundreds of professionals and volunteers to gain the skills of youth development, software management, and more. I have created interactive e-courses, instructor-led presentations, activity guides, and multimedia resources to give learners a variety of learning options.
Currently, I am an Instructional Designer for the Gift of Life Institute đź”—.
Most recently, I was the Director of Learning for ASAP/After School Activities Partnerships, where I led a team of 18 staff to design trainings and curriculum for hundreds of clients each year.
In my free time, I love performing improv comedy, writing music, and listening to way too many podcasts. I live in Philadelphia with my wife Michaela and our rambunctious puppy Maisie.
